At Brag each bag is carefully handmade with attention to every detail, ensuring that every piece is unique. Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations in color or texture are part of the design’s character.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges or replacements within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Refunds are not offered. If 14 days have passed since the date of delivery, we can’t offer you an exchange or replacement. In cases where the product is found to be defective or an error occurred on our part you have 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at bragfashiongr@gmail.com and send your item to: Grammou 30, Vrilisssia 15235, Attiki, Greece.
If an exchange is approved, the customer may select another item of equal value or higher (with payment of the difference).
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original, unused & unworn condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Products that appear used, damaged, or altered after delivery cannot be accepted for exchange.
Repairs & After-Sales Service
We proudly offer repair and support services for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. This service applies to craftsmanship-related issues and normal wear and tear.
Repairs due to misuse or improper handling may incur a repair fee, which will be confirmed before proceeding.
How to Request a Return or Repair
To initiate an exchange or repair, please contact us at bragfashiongr@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will respond within a few business days to guide you through the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an Exchange Voucher to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Grammou 30, Vrilissia 15235, Attiki, Greece.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an Exchange Voucher, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your Exchange Voucher.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
